We are seeking a Director/VP of IT to work remotely(using video and collaborative technology platforms) with minimal but regular travel to Regional offices in (NY, RTP, DC-NOVA, Atlanta)?? . You will be tasked with designing and executing on the IT strategy in alignment with corporate strategy and our core values: Be an Owner + Help Others.

What would you own?
  • Create, establish, and execute on the vision and roadmap for IT.
  • Defining and communicating the technology strategy as well as implementation plans to encourage adoption.
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous complex projects across the IT group.
  • Provide technology program leadership for the development, support and deployment of enterprise IT systems.
  • Research effective plans and deployments used by the company as they relate to current and future needs.
  • Investigate products and solutions needed to address current and future technical needs.
  • Implement solutions while managing the plans developed to support them.
  • Define and manage scalable ticketing systems for multiple departments, including IT.
  • Collaborate and drive connection with IT personnel and other areas of the company.
  • Create improved IT processes and management through the development of best standards practices.
  • P/L and budgeting responsibility to implement strategies that will result in cost savings while maintaining service.

  • Be a “people” person with a talent for combining those skills with an analytical mind to measure the results of connecting with your team and the members they represent.

Desired Skills & Experience

What you need to bring?
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in an IT environment with at least 5 years of managing a global technology workforce both in the business applications and operational areas.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • C-level visibility history and responsibilities tied to strategic initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Expertise in the deployment and maintenance of enterprise applications.
  • You should be extremely comfortable using collaborative tools to share your work.
  • You should be comfortable analyzing metrics and producing your own reports.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, an expert in multi-tasking.
  • Understanding of the industry and current best practices for IT.
