I got this snack when I went to Japan in Lebaran holiday last year. Hahaha. I got it in a supermarket in Kyoto. I bought all stock of this snack in that supermarket. Hahaha. Don't think that I went home to Indonesia with thousands of Chocobi. In the supermarket, there were only 10. So I bought it all because it's super rare and I don't know where to buy this snack here in Indonesia.
